Terms of service

Last updated 8 October 2026

These terms are written in plain language and are being reviewed by a lawyer. The terms you accept when you sign up are the ones that apply to you.

Using IkokoHub

IkokoHub is software for running a restaurant or catering business. By creating an account you confirm you are authorised to act for that business and that the details you give us are true.

Plans and payment

  • Plans are yearly and priced in naira. There are no monthly plans.
  • Taxes such as VAT are added where they apply.
  • Your plan renews each year unless you tell us before the renewal date that you do not want it to.

Website, hosting and domains

  • Every plan includes website hosting and SSL on IkokoHub.
  • If your plan includes a domain, we register and renew it for as long as your plan is active. If you do not renew your plan, we may let the domain expire.
  • If you bring your own domain, you stay responsible for renewing it with your registrar and for keeping its settings pointed to us.
  • A free yourname.ikokohub.com address may be changed or withdrawn if the account is not paid for after the free period.

Your data

Your sales, stock, customer and staff records belong to you. We process them only to provide the service, as explained in our privacy policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your staff logins private.

Acceptable use

Do not use IkokoHub for anything unlawful, to harm others, or to disrupt the service or other customers.

Availability

We work to keep IkokoHub available and the staff app working through power and network cuts, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted.

Ending your account

You may stop using IkokoHub at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or goes unpaid. On request we will give you a copy of your records before we delete them.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will tell you before important changes take effect. Questions: [email protected]. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
